Poole Joggers C25k

Poole Joggers (affiliated to Poole AC) introduces a Couch to 5k Programme, specifically designed for beginners, 18 years old and over. The course is based on the NHS Couch to 5k plan, and is ideal for anyone looking to take up running, meet new friends and get active! We will be holding nine structured training sessions on Thursday evenings at 6.15pm, meeting at Poole park cricket pavilion, BH15 2SF.
The programme starts on January 11th 2018 and culminates, after 9 weeks of training and encouragement by our team of coaches, at a 5k Poole parkrun on March 17th. At the parkrun you will have running buddies to go round the course with you.
You will receive a T-shirt and a certificate on completion of the programme.
The course will cost £18 (non-refundable) and will be limited to 40 people.
