Getting there - The postcode for your sat-nav. is: - TQ4 6AG. Please allow plenty of time to get to the start as the seafront roads between Torquay and Paignton will close at 8.00am to give a traffic free course. Our Race HQ will be inside The Flagship public house on the Eastern Esplanade. Our event facilities will set up on the Middle Green near to the pier
Technical stuff - This race is staged under UKA Rules and will have medical cover provided by Red Cross Ambulance. The accuracy of the course measurement has been certified by a UKA-approved course measurer.
Timing chip - Your timing chip is built into your race number and is disposable; your number must be attached in accordance with the issued instructions. There will be no other timing system on the day.
Race number - Please insert the requested information on the reverse of your race number, which must then be pinned securely to the front of your vest. You must not cut, fold or otherwise mutilate your race number in any way. Your race number must not be transferred to another runner unless the correct procedure has been followed (see www.torbayhalfmarathon.co.uk by the early evening of race day. Race results and photos will also be also published in the Herald Express newspaper on Thursday 3rd July.
