Wessex Ridgeway 100k Relay Race - 21 May 2017
Join us for Dorset’s Finest Point-to-Point Trail Relay Race
Self-navigate, Self-drive, Self-support
From Tollard Royal on the Dorset-Witshire boarder
Starting at Tollard Royal Pond, the route broadly follows the ancient and beautiful Wessex Ridgeway to Uplyme, near Lyme Regis.
100km in 12 legs of 4-8 miles each, with teams of 2-6 runners, each runner must complete at least 1 leg. Cut off times will be in place to ensure all runners are finished by 7pm.
It is strongly recommended that all runners perform a reconnaissance of their legs (the route, not your pins) before the event.
Entries are limited to 25 teams, so avoid disappointment and get your entries in today.
Memento to all runners completing at least one leg of the relay race. And as is traditional for the race, the memento will be a fab race mug (designed by our very own Christine Willis).
A meal at The Talbot Arms, Uplyme is included in the entry fee, additional meals can be purchased for supporters and drivers.
Prizes: 1st Open Team, 1st All Ladies Team. Winning teams will be presented with a crate of 8 bottles of Badger Beer for each runner in the team.
