Tough Runner UK welcomes the first edition of Winter 10 Miles Wales, The course will start/Finish @ Bryn Bettws Lodge and will take you through the Pelenna forest.
The course offers breath taking views over Afan Forest and enjoys a course of single tracks, forest roads and river crossings.
The course will be fully marked so all you need to do is follow the route, enjoy the scenery & look out for the forest animals. This is a great event to bring along family & friends for spectating. With the route returning back through the finish area at the half way point there's plenty of opportunity to offer encouragement. There's also a whole range of activities on offer and somewhere warm & dry you prefer to wait then...
Included: Professionally run event, qualified & experienced personnel at various checkpoints, qualified medical support, online registration, fully marked routes, refreshments at finish. A unique commemorative medal for all finishers.

Entry Fees
Early-bird discount fee of £25
Online entries will close 7 days before the event unless full beforehand.
Cut Off
Cut-off time is 3.5 hours
The exact time of day for this cut off will be confirmed prior to race day as it is of course effected by the race start time.
Toilets
There will be toilets at the Race Headquaters but none on route.
First Aid
A small first aid kit will be available at each aid station to offer antiseptic wipes and plasters. Please carry with you any essentials you may need. First aid medics will also be available throughout the race.
Drinks & Refreshments
There will be a drinks station in the start area and both Aid Stations providing water and ISO.
Marked & Marshalled
This event is fully marked using tape & arrows for the full distance. Marshalls are in place at the Aid Stations and all critical turns. First Aid Medics will be present throughout the race too.
