The swim is held at the Five Rivers Leisure Centre, with the bike ride taking you out on the A354 then along the Woodford Valley to join the A303. The return is via the A360 and the route is generally hilly. The run takes you out via Castle Road to Old Sarum, returning via Stratford-sub-Castle and Stratford Road.
