The Corsham Running Club 10K starts at 11.00 a.m. on Sunday 1st May 2011. It follows a scenic route through Corsham and out to Neston, returning back through Prospect and Pound Pill. It is flat for the first kilometre, followed by a gradual incline for the next 3, then gently undulating, but with a short hill towards the end, followed by a flat last kilometre.
This year's main charity is the RUH Prostate Cancer Unit, but funds will also be provided to other local charities as determined by the co-sponsors of the race, Corsham Rotary Club

You can pick up your chip timing device, which will be attached to your shoelace and recovered at the end of the race. To obtain the chip you will have to produce your race number. PLEASE NOTE: Those who enter online will not be sent their race number, but must collect it from registration when they pick up their chip. Collection of the chip can be made from 0900 onwards.
It is possible to enter on the day, but this will cost more and there may be queues. It is important to get to the registration area by 0945. Registration will close 15 minutes prior to the start.
The start and finish are in the vicinity of Corsham Football Club, Lacock Road, Corsham, SN13 9HS. There will be plenty of available parking at this venue and various activities and retail opportunities will also be provided. Refreshments will be available.
