• 10K Road Race for ages 15+ starting and finishing within the grounds of Marwell Zoo
  

• 1.5K Fun Run for 5 to 11 year olds held completely within the grounds of the zoo

• The Fun Run starts at 10.00am and the 10K Road Race starts at 10.30am
  

• Participants in the races will receive FREE entry to the zoo
  

• Additional supporters and parents/guardians will receive discounted entry to the zoo
  

• The 10K race will feature Chip Timing
  

• Commemorative race medal for all 10K and Fun Run finishers

• Ample parking, baggage area and toilet facilities
  

• The races will be held under the Association of Running Clubs rules

• Cut-off date for entries is Monday the 6th of May 2013 or when the limit of 1,100 entrants for the 10K race or 300 entrants for the Fun Run is reached

Race Declaration for 10K Race

Please accept this entry for the Marwell Wildlife 10K Road Race. I will be 15 years of age or over on race day and I am medically fit to compete. I also declare that I have no medical disabilities that will endanger me or others participating in the event. I accept that I enter at my own risk and that the organisers and sponsors will in no way be held responsible for any personal injury, or loss or damage to property before, during or after the event. I agree not to wear headphones during the event and abide by ARC rules. I understand and accept that the organisers reserve the right to cancel the race if adverse weather should make conditions too dangerous for competitors, or a serious incident occurs that prevents the race going ahead. In this event, there will be NO REFUNDS. I also accept that if I am entering this race on behalf of another person, I am authorised by them to accept these Terms and Conditions on their behalf. I will also take the responsibility to ensure that they are aware of any further information provided about this race e.g. confirmation and race information emails. I also confirm that if I am under 18 years of age on race day, I have the permission of my parent or guardian to take part in this race and I will include their details when entering.
 
 
Child Declaration for 1.5K Fun Run

Please accept this entry for the Marwell Wildlife 1.5K Fun Run. My child will be over 5 and under 12 years of age on the day of the event. My child is medically fit to compete. I also declare that he/she has no medical disabilities that will endanger him/her or others participating in the event. • ​Race numbers will NOT be posted in advance. They are to collected from the zoo on the day of the race

• Timing chips for the 10K race are to be collected in the zoo on the day of the race

• The zoo will open at 9.00am for race competitors

• Transfers are allowed up until the day before the race. As the 10K race numbers are colour coded for men and women - only same sex transfers are possible now that the race numbers have been allocated
