Reepham Runners is a local Running Club that prides itself on its friendliness.  We run out down small country lanes, farm tracks and on the disused railway.  We have a mixture of abilities of runners and everyone is welcome.

As a small club we manage to organise a 10k Summer Sunday Run in August each year and then we organise cross country runs in the Winter.  We pride ourselves on the cross countries being 'proper' cross countries, with mud, water and rough terrain.  This year for the first time we are going to do a series of 3 runs.

This is the third of a series of three cross country runs over a fast, wet 10k course.  The run starts on a disused railway track and then across farm tracks, headlands and there is a couple of stream crossings, so prepared to get wet!

A change of clothes would be advisable. 

The start and finish are at Whitwell & Reepham Station - a preserved railway.  There is plenty of parking.  There are also toilets and refreshments but no showers. 

On the event on the 5 January 2014 there will be a trains steaming, so why not make it a family event.

The dates of the runs are Sunday 22 December 2013, Sunday 5 January 2014 and Sunday 9 February 2014.  All with a start time of 10.30 am.

Entry fee is £6 for attached runner, £8 for unattached. (£2 extra on the day)
If you are entering all three races then it will cost £15 attached, £21 unattached.

For pre-entry race numbers will be picked up on the day.

Each runner will be provided with tea and biscuits at the finish.

There will be spot prizes for such things as Best Jumper in Water, Mudiest Finisher, etc, for the first two races.  There will then be more prizes at the third event for those that have done all three

Race HQ will be set up from 9 am at each event.  An application form will need to be completed for postal and on the day entries.  Numbers will be picked up on the day

The entry desk will be closed at 10.15 am
