A fast and flat one lap course through town and country all on road, not traffic free but well marshalled. Race start time is 10:30 and all abilities are welcome. Commemorative technical t-shirt to all 10k finishers.

Entry Fee -£12 UKA/ARC Affiliated Club Runners- £14 Unaffiliated Runners which includes an online entry fee.

No entries will be taken on the day, please enter early as race is usually full before the closing date.

For online entry race numbers and timing chips will be available for collection at Race HQ in the sports hall on the day of the race from 9am. Please arrive in plenty of time to collect your pack.

Race HQ will be in the sports hall where toilets, changing and showers will be available along with a baggage store. Baggage left at owners risk. Additional toilets are provided near to the start/finish. For car parking, follow the signs and watch for our marshals who will direct you to the public car parks in the town centre, about 1km (a warm up jog) away from the school. There is some parking at the school but this is very limited and all access roads will be closed from 9am. Please note vehicles parked at the school will not be allowed to leave until after the last runner has finished.
