Houston Fall 5K Run

Join us for a community 5K run in Houston, Texas, open to Basketball Bros runners and walkers of all experience levels. The event will start at 8:00 AM on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at Memorial Park.

Registration:
Online registration opens September 15, 2026 and closes October 15 at 11:59 PM, or when the 500 participant limit is reached. Race-day registration will be available only if spots remain.

Race Schedule:
7:00 AM – Check-in and packet pickup
7:45 AM – Pre-race announcements and warm-up
8:00 AM – 5K race starts
9:30 AM – Awards ceremony

Race Limit: 500 participants

Registration Fee: $35 through September 30; $40 from October 1 through October 15. Each registered participant receives a race bib, timing chip, and event T-shirt.

Prizes and Awards:
Awards will be presented to the top three overall male and female finishers. Age-group awards will also be given to the top three finishers in each age category. All participants who complete the 5K will receive a finisher medal.

Water stations will be available along the course, with medical support and course volunteers positioned at key points. Participants should arrive at least 45 minutes before the start to allow enough time for parking, check-in, and warm-up.
