Our month long Virtual Challenges are designed to push and stretch you and let you GO BIG....at home! All challenge packs come with an awesome medal and frame, a keyring, super comfy swim hat and certificate.

The Centurian; 100 x 100 metres! Find a nice pool, pick an interval to swim off. This should be your 100m swim pace plus a rest interval. Swim 100 metres! Whatever is left of your interval is rest.  When the clock comes round to 2:30, go again. And again. And again! Make no mistake, 100x100s is a full 10 kilometre swim by the time you are finished and that clock starts to comes round FAST! Have you got what it takes to finish the full 100?! You do not need to do all 100 100metre intervals in one session, they can be spread through the month, but we would suggest picking an interval that challenges  and pushes you!

Bristol Channel Challenges! The Bristol Channel is VERY close to our heart at Go Big; we offer three challenges based on the traditional Bristol Channel crossing routes. Penarth-Clevedon is 12 miles, Porthcawl-Glenthorne is 16 miles, Swansea-Ilfracombe is a massive 24 miles, bigger than the English Channel! The challenge is simple, swim your chosen distance in a month. Break it down how you see fit across multiple sessions or for the ultimate challenge; swim it in one!  

The Mermaid - This challenge is fairly straightforward; mermaids live in the water right.....so if you're an actual mermaid, a dip a day so should be fairly straightforward! Anything goes, Pool, sea, pond, river, tub in your garden; infact, anywhere safe to dip goes!. There's no distance requirements, we just want to see you in and enjoying yourself every day!

Posiedons Challenge -  Greek god of the sea; similar to the mermaid, if you truly are the god of the sea, getting in the sea everyday for a month should be fairly straightforward!

The medals are handmade from sustainably sourced maple and walnut and come in a presentation frame. The frame can be hung on the wall to display your bling or the medal popped out and worn round your neck with pride!
