🎽 Southville Running Club Presents: Pass the Buck Relay

Pass the Buck is back for 2026!

Get ready for Pass the Buck, a thrilling 2-person relay race through the stunning scenery of Ashton Court Estate. Each runner takes on a scenic 5km loop.

Start near the iconic Ashton Court Mansion, grind your way up the zigzag trail, then catch your breath at the top while taking in sweeping views of Bristol, before flying downhill to hand over the baton.

🏁 Teams must complete the full 10km (2 x 5km laps) in under 1 hour 20 minutes. 

📍 Race HQ

Ashton Park School
Blackmoors Lane, Bristol, BS3 2JL

• Race numbers will be at the HQ to collect

• Free on-site parking (lift-sharing encouraged - space is limited!)

• Toilets & shelter available

• No on-street parking - please respect our neighbours

🕠 Registration opens at 5:30 PM
🗣️ Race briefing at 6:30 PM. The start area is not at the HQ, so we will all leave on foot and walk together to the start after the briefing. Please arrive in time to collect your number and be ready for the briefing.

💷 Entry Fees

• £8 per EA-registered runner

• £10 per non EA-registered runner

Total team cost:

• EA + EA: £16

• EA + Non-EA: £18

• Non-EA + Non-EA: £20

You’ll enter and pay for both team members at once. You can add details for your teammate now or before race day.

👟 Good to Know

• All runners must be 18 or over

• No dogs on the course - but they can join spectators giving support from the sidelines

• Visually impaired runners welcome with a guide - let us know in advance if we can help. Mixed teams of VI & non VI runners accepted

• Water available at the finish - please bring your own bottle to reduce waste
