Run Afan Canicross Will Take Place In Afan Forest On The Morning Of The Incredibly Popular Buff Wales Trail 10k. 

The Event Will Take Place On 2nd December 2023, 9AM At Bryn Bettws Lodge. The Course Will Be Exactly The Same As The Buff Wales 10K But PLEASE NOTE: The Official Buff Wales Trail 10k Will Start At 11am Therefore The Cut Off Time For The Afan Canicross Is 1 Hour 40 Minutes.

Our Most Popular 10k Race Is Back For 2023 And We Will Again Be Taking In The Breath-Taking Tracks And Trails Of Afan Forest And After Huge Demand We Have Decided To Put On A Canicross Race Earlier In The Morning Giving Those Who Like To Run With Their Dog The Opportunity To Enjoy The Epic Course. The Buff Wales Trail 10k Brings You That Awesome Experience Of A 10k & 5K Race That Takes You Through Some Of The Panoramic Views Of Afan Forest. The Route Is Mixed With Some Epic Climbs Followed By Fast And Fun Downhill Before Hitting The Notorious ‘WALL’ At The End Of The 10K Race.
