This is a scenic 10k route which takes in the countryside between Shorwell and Brighstone

There will be two water stations enroute at approx 4km and 7km, and at the finish. If it is hot runners are advised to take their own bottles to carry between water stations.. 

Race Start, Finish and Race HQ will be at Wolverton Manor, Shorwell Isle of Wight P030 3JS and will include registration, number collection, bag drop, refreshments and other facilities including entry into the summer fair afterwards! 

Registration from 10:00am.

Car parking available at the event.

Safety Note:

For safety reasons, the use of in-ear (or over ear) headphones is NOT permitted. In accordance with England athletics guidelines, bone conducting headphones are allowed.

For safety reasons, runners are NOT permitted to run with dogs.

PRIZES

There will be cash prizes for 1st Male and 1st Female across the line. 

Prizes for 2nd & 3rd Male & Female, winners of respective VET categories and Male and Female Teams.

Male Vet Categories:  V40, V50, V60, V70

Female Vet Categories:  V35, V45, V55, V65

All finishers will be presented with a Medal.
