Venue.
Clanfield Scout Hut, Little Hyden Lane, Clanfield, Waterlooville, PO8 0RU
Event Times. , 09:30 6.5m WALK. All to finish by 17:00
Course.
The 6.5m course is clockwise, circular and way-marked footpaths/tracks/fields. We rely on the goodwill of land-owners to maintain these paths and tracks for our benefit. Please respect the countryside and close gates where necessary to ensure the future of this event. The road junctions will be marshalled for your safety. PLEASE OBEY THE MARSHALS INSTRUCTIONS. Elsewhere coloured arrows / tape will mark most of the course. There should be mile markers throughout the course, but remember these may be approximate! There will be limited supply of maps for those wishing to support around the course.
DRINKS
There will be 1 water station at approx 3.1m PLEASE DO NOT DROP CUPS TOO FAR FROM THE DRINKS POINT. Free refreshments will be available to runners & supporters at the finish
Facilities.
Toilets, First Aid, Car parking, Refreshments. Please Note there is NO changing and limited bag facilities.
Results.
Should be online at www.runevents.org within 48hrs
FIRST AID
First aiders will be in attendance and RAYNET will be present throughout the course. Please inform a marshal if you are in difficulty or see any other runner in distress. Competitors are responsible for their own safety before, during and after the race. There will be a rescue vehicle for those needing to retire. PLEASE ENSURE ANY RELEVANT MEDICAL DETAILS ARE NOTED ON THE REVERSE OF YOUR RACE NUMBER. PLEASE DO NOT SWAP NUMBERS UNLESS AGREED WITH RACE ADMIN.
