We welcome you to the Tees Barrage Half Marathon (virtual GNR) on Sunday 13th September! The event is FREE to enter and provides an opportunity for anyone doing the virtual Great North Run or just fancies a half marathon with a chance to compete with other people in an organized event.

The starting groups will be graded based on ability up to 12 runners in each group. The event is self-timed on an accurately measured flat 13.1-mile course. Runners of all abilities will be supported in this event from the organizers and our volunteers. We have included 3 charities close to our heart with an option to donate and support their services.

Registration/Start time:

9am - registration opens.

9:30 am - First race starts (12 participants) then at 2-minute intervals following races will start.

Finish - once you have completed your half marathon you are welcome to join us for a well-earned drink at the Talpore pub and share your experiences of the day with other runners.
