Welcome to 3M Gorseinon Road Runners. We warmly welcome runners of all abilities. We just want everyone to enjoy their running.

We have about 160 members, with approximately a 50-50 split of men and women and are between the ages of 18 and 85. Many of our members have a great deal of experience and are happy to help you plan your training.

During summer months we often base our training sessions at Garden Village AFC in Gorseinon but also use many other locations around Swansea and Gower. During the winter months the majority of our training sessions are held on the track at Swansea University.
